A great way to leverage our pre-construction and general contracting services through one agreement is the construction manager-at-risk delivery method (CMAR). In this process, we engage early in the pre-construction stage and are a partner throughout the design process working collaboratively with the design team. Once construction documents are complete, we then transition into the construction phase acting as the contractor, or construction manager-at-risk.
